The key to any new business being successful is a good business plan. This
is a great outline to discuss with all new teammates. It brings up everything
that your team should be discussing in getting their business started. Filling
it out may or may not be necessary, but at least talk it out with your teammates
so that you know they are on the right track. Also, through the course the
discussion, you will find that you can refine your own business ideas and
goals. The best way to learn something is to teach it!
